As a eCommerce Trade Marketing Supervisor  you will be accountable for  seamless and efficient operation for marketing activities supporting user and business growth

What you’ll do

1.    Trade marketing activities support 
-    Work on ecommerce marketing activities including but not limited to branding campaigns, channel big events,  cross-over initiatives
      Support KA channel campaign on Tmall, JD, Douyin
      Supervise material generation
      Monitor and evaluate execution performance
      Aim on driving user growth and achieving profitable sales results
-    Monitor on ecommerce platform content seeding
-    Work closely with KA to guide TP on the flagship store operation improvement plan of direct supply channel 
      EC page design 
      Other communication material development
-    Co-tracking and advise investment and payback with optimization advise

2.  Channel Data Analysis
-    Familiar with eCommerce data analysis tool; Leverage big data to explore business and persona insight supporting user growth strategy
-    Cross-functional cooperation with Marketing, R&D team basing on category and channel insight

What you’ll decide

-    Operation and management experience of ROI-based EC marketing campaign

What you’ll need

-    Minimum 3 years e-commerce related experience, 2 years+ marketing & FMCG background is preferred
-    Ecommerce trade marketing is a plus
-    B2C marketing or digital marketing experience is a plus
-    Good team player with extroverted personality and problem-solving mindset
-    English as working language is a plus
-    Bachelor degree or above
