It is the critical bridge between global strategy and local market execution, ensuring that the right products, messages, and innovations reach customers in a way that drives profitable growth. Your work will directly shape brand perception, enable the sales team’s success, and influence key business decisions making your impact visible in both commercial results and customer experience.

 

Here’s how your contributions will shape meaningful outcomes:

  • Initiating and developing marketing strategies to develop, test, and launch new products to exploit opportunities.
  • Adapting international strategies to local needs so they can be implemented in a professional and efficient way.
  • Developing local action plans to improve brand equity and, when necessary, taking corrective actions.
  • Participating in the management of pricing guidelines for the portfolio.
  • Participating in product forecasting and maintenance, including the MBM (product forecasting) process.
  • Coordinating internal and external customer events—such as conferences and workshops—along with clinical, scientific, and educational activities, and acting as the local LMS trainer.

What you’ll bring

  • A proven track record in Medical Devices Business marketing with a minimum of 5 years of experience;
  • experience in the and in Wound Care and in multicultural environments is highly preferred.
  • Strategic thinking and a deep understanding of market dynamics and business strategies.
  • A performance-driven mindset, consistently striving for excellence and achieving high performance standards.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—delivered clearly, concisely, and effectively.
  • Strong persuasive and active listening abilities, enabling you to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Advanced analytical skills used to interpret data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
  • Full professional proficiency in Croatian and fluency in English.
