National Sales Manager Wound Care Croatia

If you’re ready to embark on your leadership journey, Mölnlycke will support you every step of the way. As National Sales Manager Wound Care Croatia, there is opportunity to make a significant impact:

  • building and maintaining business for Wound Care division in the whole Croatia - developing and maintaining the relationship with key decision makers, both clinical and commercial;
  • being a Leader for sales excellence, especially in sales execution across all the entrusted sales channels in Croatia;
  • leading, support and coaching for Wound Account Managers team in Croatia in an efficient and effective way on daily work (dedicating min. 70% of week time for field work);
  • direct cooperation in planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, ensures implementation and execution of the localized marketing and business strategies within trade partners;
  • managing with  communication and cooperation in between marketing and commercial to ensure its effectiveness;
  • assisting and participating in special global and regional projects to develop the organization and drive business growth.

 

 

What you’ll need

  • proven track record in a healthcare/pharmaceutical sales roles: ~10 years;
  • Wound Care home market, hospital procurement and tender process knowledge and experience will be additional advantage;
  • min.  5 years of experience and proven performance and success track record in sales team management;
  • a strategic thinker and excellent communicator both written and verbal;
  • native level of Croatian, and fluent in English.
