Pay & Schedule
- $21.75/hour starting pay
- $2.00/hour overnight shift differential
- Paid breaks
- 12-hour overnight shift: 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM
- Rotating schedule: 3 days on / 4 days off & 4 days on / 3 days off
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor production equipment used to manufacture hydrophilic polyurethane foam
- Perform quality inspections and testing, ensuring products meet specifications
- Accurately record production and quality data in computerized systems
- Package finished goods and prepare product for shipment
- Work closely with team members, maintenance, quality, and supervisors to meet production targets
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Basic mechanical, math, and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook; SAP a plus)
- Ability to make sound decisions independently and with a team
- Flexibility to work 12-hour overnight shifts, including occasional overtime
- Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
Pre-employment physical, background check, and references required.
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for most of the shift (75%+)
- Regular lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, and grasping
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Close vision and color vision required
- Ability to wear a respirator
- Ability to work around industrial equipment
