Make your next move matter!
At Mölnlycke, we believe that real impact starts with people. People who are bold enough to challenge the status quo. People who care deeply for their work, their colleagues, and the world around them. People who know exactly why they do what they do.
In ORS at Mölnlycke, we aim for frictionless flow in the operating room, with solutions designed for safety.
Why Tray Coordinator CEE role matters
It brings structure and clarity to a complex, data‑heavy environment where accurate information and clear communication are essential. By working extensively with Excel, managing detailed data and translating it into clear messages for Sales and other teams, it supports better decisions and smoother day‑to‑day operations across the CEE region. Its impact lies in connecting data, processes and people to reduce disruptions and increase predictability.
Here’s how your contributions will shape meaningful outcomes:
- Translating complex operational data into clear, actionable decisions by leveraging (Excel, SAP and other tools) and structured analysis, and communicating implications effectively to Sales and key stakeholders.
- Serving as the primary coordination interface between Sales, production, planning and other partners, ensuring continuous alignment on constraints, priorities and next steps.
- Using Excel‑based data and cross‑functional inputs to maintain a clear view of the production and order lifecycle, and to communicate status, available options and consequences to Sales and, where relevant, to customers.
- Enabling sound commercial decision‑making by clearly articulating trade‑offs, limitations and dependencies, including what can be prioritised, what requires adjustment and what actions are needed to move forward.
- Reducing ambiguity and escalations by establishing and maintaining a shared, fact‑based understanding of the current situation, even in complex and rapidly changing scenarios.
What you’ll get
Be part of a culture built on trust, care, and shared ownership.
Your growth and development: You’ll gain experience that matters, in a company that’s clear on its mission and bold in its ambitions.
Flexibility, wellbeing and benefits that reflect our commitment to you:
- hybrid work in Warsaw (standard: 40% home / 60% office)
- occasional travel may be required
- type of contract: full-time
- benefits: life insurance, medical care, sports card, PPE, and others
What you’ll bring
- A data‑driven mindset, with the ability to structure complexity, work confidently with details and draw clear conclusions from imperfect or changing data
- Strong, practical Excel skills, used naturally as a core, everyday working tool rather than an occasional support (experience with SAP is considered an advantage)
- Clear, structured business communication skills, applied continuously in day‑to‑day cooperation with Sales, production and other partners to explain constraints, options and outcomes
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to independently manage multiple topics and bring them to closure
- Comfort operating in environments where information evolves and priorities shift, requiring sound judgement and focus on what matters most at a given moment
- Confidence working with cross‑functional stakeholders, balancing different perspectives while maintaining clarity and consistency
- Fluent English for day‑to‑day work in a regional (CEE) environment, with Polish or Czech as a mandatory language.
- Nice to have: familiarity with operating room components or tray‑based solutions
Our approach to diversity and inclusion
We’re building a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. We believe that a diverse mix of people (from different cultures, ages, geographies, and genders) makes us stronger. It brings fresh perspectives, drives better decisions, and helps us deliver solutions that reflect the world we serve. Inclusion isn’t just a value, it’s how we work, grow, and lead together.
