Customers are at the heart of what we do at Mölnlycke, and it will be your responsibility to:
- developing the Wound Care business establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with the medical community: regular meetings with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other medical professionals;
- participating in training sessions, conferences, and scientific symposia and organizing and conducting professional product presentations;
- meeting of sales targets in accordance with the quarter and annual sales plan;
- gathering information about competitors' activities / market monitoring.
Regional responsibility: one of those – Mazovia / Lower Silesia / West Pomeranian
What you’ll need
- minimum 3 years in similar position (for example Medical Sales Representative, Medical-pharmacy Sales Representative, Medical Consultant, etc.)
- knowledge of diabetology, surgery, Chronic Wound Healing, and primary care specializations will be an additional asset,
- strong communication and presentation skills,
- winning attitude to achieve goals, team-oriented and a patient-first mindset,
- native level of Polish, and communicative in English (B2),
