As Product Manager Wound Care Poland, there is opportunity to make a significant impact assuring a profitable development of the local business through product portfolio and brand equity management.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Initiating and developing marketing strategies to develop, test, and launch new products to exploit opportunities.
- Adapting international strategies to local needs so that they can be implemented in a professional and efficient way.
- Developing local action plans to improve brand equity, and if necessary, taking corrective actions.
- Participating in pricing guidelines management for the portfolio.
- Participating in product forecasting and maintenance, including the MBM (product forecasting) process.
- Coordinating internal and external customer events, like conferences and workshops, clinical/scientific/educational activities, and acting as LMS local trainer.
Who you are:
- An experienced professional with a proven track record in healthcare marketing roles, with a minimum of 5 years. Experience within the Medical Devices Business and multicultural environments is highly preferred.
- A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and business strategies.
- A performance-driven individual who consistently strives for excellence, setting and achieving high-performance standards.
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, who excels in clear, concise, and effective communication.
- A persuasive listener with strong active listening abilities, capable of effectively persuading and influencing stakeholders.
- An analytical expert who utilizes robust analytical capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- A native speaker of Polish and fluent in English.
