Make your next move matter!
At Mölnlycke, we believe that real impact starts with people. People who are bold enough to challenge the status quo. People who care deeply for their work, their colleagues, and the world around them. People who know exactly why they do what they do.
Why OTC Collection Process Specialist PLA role matters
By ensuring timely cash collection, proactively managing payment risks and addressing recurring issues at their root, this position plays a key role in protecting the company’s cash flow and financial stability. The work supports smooth end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash operations, helps maintain strong and professional customer relationships, and contributes to building consistent, scalable and increasingly automated global processes that enable long‑term business growth.
Here’s how your contributions will shape meaningful outcomes:
- Driving strong cash collection results as the primary focus of the role, with the opportunity over time to expand responsibilities into other Order‑to‑Cash processes across Poland and the wider EMEA region
- Building professional, trust‑based relationships with customers, including close cooperation with external legal partners in Poland, requiring confident, clear and adaptable communication
- Improving visibility and control over AR by proactively identifying risks, delays and recurring issues
- Supporting stable and scalable Order‑to‑Cash operations across multiple countries, currencies and time zones
- Contributing to process improvements and standardisation that enhance efficiency across the wider EMEA region
What you’ll get
- Be part of a culture built on trust, care, and shared ownership.
- Your growth and development: You’ll gain experience that matters, in a company that’s clear on its mission and bold in its ambitions.
- Flexibility, wellbeing and benefits that reflect our commitment to you:
- hybrid work in Warsaw (standard: 40% home / 60% office)
- occasional travel may be required
- type of contract: full-time
- benefits: life insurance, medical care, sports card, PPE, and others
- benefits which depend of the country and will be discussed separately
What you’ll bring
- Strong, hands‑on cash collection experience, with confidence in driving overdue balances to resolution and managing payment follow‑ups end‑to‑end
- Comfort communicating with customers through multiple channels (email, phone, video), using clear, professional and adaptable communication
- A strong sense of ownership and proactivity, with the ability to work effectively under limited supervision
- Sound judgement to prioritise cases, assess risk and escalate appropriately, based on business impact
- An improvement mindset – you actively look for better ways of working, while respecting established processes and non‑negotiable requirements
- Practical experience working with SAP AR / FI, and openness to gradually expanding your scope into other Order‑to‑Cash processes over time
- Full professional proficiency in Polish and English (enabling effective collaboration with customers, legal partners and internal stakeholders); another European language is a plus
Our approach to diversity and inclusion
