We’re now looking for a HR Service Partner who will responsible for local policies and processes, tactical HR and execution of strategic HR decisions in Central Easter Europe region. Who will  partner with Country Managers and People managers within the scope of the HR Services function.

Our Polish office is in Warsaw, however, due to the specificity of position, we are open to candidates from all over the country.


Your responsibilities
•    Support the application of local HR policies procedures, processes and local laws and practices.
•    Responsible for compliant according to HR related items and will secure audit compliance and work environment standards according to local rules and regulations. 
•    Support Employee Relations processes and Union Relations (where appropriate).
•    Ownership of the compensation cycle and processes (i.e. annual bonuses; positions evaluation in line with HAY methodology).
•    Responsible for Local Benefit programs (i.e. company car policy, pension scheme, health insurances, etc).
•    Responsible for local Competence Development.
•    Employer Branding and University relations, working closely with RPO.
•    Responsible for local Internship programs where applicable.


Your qualifications/experience
•    University Business Degree in  Human Resouces, Labour Relations or equivalent experience.
•    Successful track record of 5+ years in international HR leadership / Services / Generalist roles within one or several multinational companies with best in class HR practicies.
•    Advance knowledge of HR regulations, policies, procedures and current practices.
•    Working knowledge of multiple Human Resources disciplines including: communications, talent management, leadership development, performance management, engagement, recruitment and onboarding, reward and recognition, leadership development and coaching.
•    Understanding of the principles of risk management, controllership & compliance particularly as they relate to people.
•    Fluent knowledge of English and Polish. Knowledge of Hungarian will be an advantage.
•    Ability to travel.
