  • providing relevant information about the customer and the ongoing process in order to ensure that the supply chain and sales organization full is made
  • updating customer database and contractual pricing information.
  • initiating and developing efficient and productive customer care solutions
  • supporting Sales and Logistics Team and cooperating with other departments within the company
  • cooperating with our polish customers



  • Do you already have 3 years a professional experience in complex Customer Service (preferably in production or logistic company)?
  • Do you speak English in communicative way (B1/B2) and Polish (native level)?
  • Do you adapt to all kinds of situations?
  • Are you willing to adapt to all types of situations and interlocutors?
  • Are you able to deal with emergencies easily?
  • Are you well-organized person?
