As a Customer Care Specialist (m/w/d), you would be the point of contact to the local market that is assigned to you. Your mission is to build bridges between our customers and the various links of the internal chain. You are the key element in the loyalty of our customers and convey to them a professional and representative message of our values.

 

Office location: Warsaw

Regional responsibility: Poland

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • providing relevant information about the customer and the ongoing process in order to ensure that the supply chain and sales organization full is made
  • updating customer database and contractual pricing information.
  • initiating and developing efficient and productive customer care solutions
  • supporting Sales and Logistics Team and cooperating with other departments within the company

 

Profile:

  • Do you already have 5 years a professional experience in complex Customer Service (preferably in production or logistic company)?
  • Do you speak both Polish and English fluently?
  • Do you adapt to all kinds of situations?
  • Are you willing to adapt to all types of situations and interlocutors?
  • Are you able to deal with emergencies easily?
