We are looking for our new Operations Project Manager in Waremme ! 

Purpose of the position :

• Collaborate with local and ORS global team in defining and implementing appropriate common project management tools
• Support local team in the pre study, planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the different projects to be managed by the site.
• Support local project coordinators in defining - CAPEX , OpEX, Savings for the different projects (including CoGS tracking)
• Support communication around projects,
• Together with local portfolio project manager, support local and global teams in the resource allocation and projects prioritization process.
• Collaborate with the global team in establishing and deploying appropriate project mgmt. practices and governances.
• Control of adherence to the various projects schedule and deliverables in cooperation with local team.
• Report the status of projects implementation to required forums.
• Act as backup for Project Portfolio Manager.

The profile we are looking for:

• Higher professional education in the field of engineering, economics, management, university education (also ongoing) an advantage.
• Project management experience.
• Willingness to learn technical things from different fields
• Digital proficiency
• Act seriously and fairly. Have organizational, communication and presentation skills
• Be able to respond quickly to problems and challenging situations, be resilient and flexible.
