Customer Care Supervisor DACH - Fluent German Speaker

Continuing to invest in our future we are looking to hire a Customer Care Supervisor, who will manage the high-performing Customer Care team that supports the DACH region. 

 

This is a key role, managing an experienced team of 14 Customer Care Agents in a fast-paced environment and supporting high profile country sales teams.

 

You will be a bilingual or native German speaker, with exceptional communication and people-management skills. As the representative of Customer Care to our clients, and the "go-to" person internally for Supply Chain, Sales and Logistics colleagues, you will have strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills. 

 

You will also be a "player-manager", able and willing to help the team with their daily tasks, and demonstrating key behaviours for them to follow. You will be the point of escalation for any client problems, so you will need to be solutions orientated with a real clent focus. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Guide, develop and coach the team in their daily work
  • Allocate tasks effectively to ensure the team is working to their capacity and hitting targets
  • Act as the key interface between your team, and both internal and external elements 
  • Performance management
  • Keep to annual budget and ensure costs don't escalate 
  • Have the customer at heart, and ensure your team provides first class customer care

 

Profile:

  • Demonstrable customer care experience
  • Management Experience
  • Fluent German Language skills
  • Effective communication and problem solving abilities
  • Experience working for a multi-cultural organisation
  • Previous experience of SAP would be advantageous

 

This role requires strong management skills and abilities. The DACH region is an important geographical zone for Mölnlycke, and ensuring our clients receive the best customer care is critical to the business.
