Customer Care Manager - Southern Europe & Export Markets

Continuing to invest in our future, we are looking to hire a Customer Care Manager, responsible for Southern Europe and Export Markets. 

 

This is a newly created and senior position within our Global Customer Care structure based in Waremme, Belgium.  You will be responsible for France & Benelux, Italy & Iberia, and you will also directly manage the Export markets (South Eastern Europe, LATAM & MEA ) team. 

 

In total that means you will manage two Supervisors, and three teams of Customer Care Agents, in a fast-paced and pressurized working environment. 

 

The person we are looking for is an experienced people-manager, with the potential to evolve with the business. Fluent English language skills are 100% necessary to this role. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop and improve Customer Care performance and service levels across your region
  • Guide and Coach your team to foster an atmosphere of continuous improvement
  • Analyse and monitor procedures and KPI's to ensure efficiency and Customer satisfaction
  • Allocate resources effectively within your teams and region
  • Support the Customer Care Director in developing and implementing strategy
  • You will have a significant input on recruitment and budgetary matters 

 

Your profile:

  • Minimum Bachelors level degree
  • Proven management experience in customer service or logistics
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, 6 sigma)
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Experience working internationally
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Some knowledge of export markets, customs procedures and dealing with clients at long distance would be advantageous
  • Medical devices or Healthcare experience would be advantageous but not essential
