Within our Global Customer Experience organisation, you will play a key role in supporting Local Markets teams, simplifying transactional processes and ensuring operational excellence in customer service delivery.

 

Mölnlycke Health Care is currently looking for a Central Operational Team Agent (Maternity Leave Cover) to strengthen its Global Customer Experience operations.

 

As a Central Operational Team Agent, you will be at the heart of our customer operations, contributing to seamless execution of transactional activities, proactive administrative support and continuous process improvement ,all while reinforcing a strong customer-centric culture.

 

What You’ll Do:

Demand & Order Support

Support demand prioritisation through stock confirmation.

Enable a seamless order entry process by maintaining customer-specific material determination and exclusion lists.

Transactional Operations (Back-Office)

Execute credit and debit notes.

Make sure billing documents are issued to clients without delay.

Manage HQ samples.

Operational Support & Performance

Provide ad hoc support to Local Market CX teams in order entry processes.

Proactively manage administrative tasks with internal GCC stakeholders.

Drive resolution of tools and process-related issues.

Regularly review KPIs to confirm compliance with local market expectations.
