We’re excited to be growing our team in British Columbia and are looking for a motivated, curious, and driven individual to step into a highly visible, hands-on Sales Associate role. This is more than an entry-level opportunity—it’s a chance to learn the business from the ground up, working side-by-side with a highly respected, senior Area Manager who is passionate about developing the next generation of sales talent. 

In this role, you won’t just observe—you’ll actively contribute. From day one, you’ll begin building relationships with healthcare professionals, supporting a dynamic and expansive territory, and gradually taking ownership of your own accounts. With structured onboarding, real-world field exposure, and intentional mentorship, you’ll gain the skills, confidence, and experience needed to grow into a future Area Manager role.

Role Overview 

  • Build and grow relationships with healthcare professionals across acute care settings 
  • Support territory development by introducing products and articulating their clinical and economic value 
  • Partner closely with the Area Manager and distributor teams to execute sales and marketing strategies 
  • Progressively take ownership of accounts, identifying opportunities and driving business growth 
  • Deliver product education and in-services to clinical stakeholders 
  • Proactively identify and help resolve customer needs and challenges 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on pricing, product availability, and customer support 
  • Contribute to sales meetings, reporting, and presentation development 

 

What you’ll need:

  • LPN Diploma or equivalent education
  • Demonstrated leadership skills during collegiate experience strongly preferred
  • Customer service, sales and / or marketing experience preferred, but not required
  • Intermediate to Advanced level computer skills, including MS Office SuiteCustomer Service, Sales and/or Marketing Experience preferred, but not required.  
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., sit, stand, walk for long distances, and stoop
  • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record that permits the driving of company-owned vehicles
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain hospital-required credentialing which may include Covid-19 vaccinations
