Mölnlycke is now looking for a Sales Manager – Wound Care Netherlands
Why This Role Matters
This is a leadership role with real influence. As Sales Manager for the Netherlands, you will lead a team of sales professionals responsible for driving growth across our Wound Care business. You will play a key role in shaping commercial strategy, developing talent, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring sustainable business performance in one of our important markets.
You will also be a member of the Benelux Leadership Team, contributing to wider business decisions and collaborating closely with colleagues across Marketing, Finance, Commercial Excellence and Business Development.

- Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals across the Netherlands
- Create a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Develop and execute commercial strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability
- Build strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders and opinion leaders across the healthcare sector
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs and emerging trends to support future growth
- Drive commercial excellence, sales effectiveness and consistent execution across the team
- Partner closely with Marketing, Finance and Business Development to optimise business performance
- Lead pricing and commercial decisions in line with local and global business objectives
- Contribute actively to the Benelux Leadership Team and broader regional initiatives

What you bring
We’re looking for an experienced commercial leader who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment and enjoys building high-performing teams.
- Proven experience leading sales teams within healthcare, medical devices, life sciences or a related industry
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, challenge and develop teams
- Demonstrated success delivering commercial growth and business results
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and customer relationships
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capability
- Experience working with tenders, procurement processes and healthcare customers
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound commercial decisions
- Fluent Dutch and English
Nice to have
- Experience within wound care or adjacent healthcare markets
- Knowledge of hospital funding, healthcare economics or reimbursement environments
- Experience operating within an international matrix organisation
