Are you ready to challenge yourself in a new environment and have a real impact? Mölnlycke is now looking for a Clinical Support Manager for the Benelux region.

 

As a Clinical Support Manager, you'll take a scientific and strategic approach to account management, ensuring our systems are used to their fullest potential. By becoming a trusted advisor to our customers, you'll deliver top-notch clinical support and education, fostering strong loyalty and supporting our growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Support & Education: Provide expert support to Business Development Managers during product evaluations, implementations, and post-sale activities.
  • Pre-Tender Influence: Ensure tender documents are tailored to highlight Mölnlycke’s strengths.
  • Stakeholder Education: Educate key stakeholders on European clinical standards and the benefits of Mölnlycke’s value proposition.
  • Product Usage: Train customers to use acute products effectively in clinical settings, reinforcing the value of our solutions.
  • Internal Training: Deliver clinical education to internal teams to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Portfolio Improvement: Report on new clinical products and insights to strengthen our offerings.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and grow customer relationships to maximize sales and loyalty.
  • Market Monitoring: Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Provide feedback to ensure future products meet market demands.
  • CRM Management: Keep customer data updated and report activities in the CRM system.

What You’ll Need:

Qualifications and Experience

  • Registered theatre nurse, ODP, or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in a clinical sales environment is advantageous.

Your Work-Life Balance:

  • Field-based role predominantly within the specified region with an expectation to assist in any Benelux location if needed.
  • Regular domestic travel with occasional overnight stays.
