High level summary: PEOPLE Experience roles

PEOPLE Experience is the main service delivery function within the PEOPLE function. Owner of local policies and processes, local administration, tactical PEOPLE and execution of strategic PEOPLE decisions. First and second line support to managers and employees. Partner with Managers within the scope of the PEOPLE Experience function.


Key areas of support – define and deliver local:

  1. Talent acquisition for positions out of the scope of the RPO model. (e.g. Production workers)
  2. On-boarding of new comers
  3. People and organisational changes
  4. Learning programs (and monitor)
  5. Compensation, payroll and benefits
  6. Off – boarding processes
  7. Employee engagement, attraction and retention strategies
  8. Manage local labor relations: Unions and employee relations issues
