We are recruiting for a Territory Manager based in NSW region to join our Wound Care business team. You will be part of the successful and collaborative team to promote Molnlycke Wound Care products and services in assigned territories. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities for the Molnlycke brand within targeted accounts in order to maximise sales and contribution growth.
  • Develop the Molnlycke brand profile with key decision makers and build added value relationships to ensure company sales targets are met.
  • Maintain existing accounts while growing and diversifying into new accounts.
  • Be fully conversant with Molnlycke goals, corporate strategy, and processes, and agile to respond to new objectives.
  • Promote Wound Care products to accounts, thereby building sales and relationships.
  • Develop and maintain Sales Opportunities in alignment with CRM and Territory Business Plans in order to identify potential volume and gains.
  • Analyse sales data and update CRM to ensure sales targets are achieved
  • Seek market information on competitor activities and products to help shape accurate strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Have a full understanding of the State Contract  framework. Identify opportunities for new tenders and changes to existing tenders so that maximum sales increase may be realised. Manage all tender activity in the territory in a proactive way so that we manage the process to the full advantage of Molnlycke. 
  • Other duties as required

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven sales record within medical device or Pharmaceutical industries
  • Degree qualification in nursing or science related studies
  • Competent Microsoft Office Suite skills, CRM and relevant system skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and demonstrate good time management in a dynamic business environment
  • Display exceptional customer service focused to follow through and accountability
  • High level of energy, confident, creative, resourceful
  • Good team player with a sense of self-less attitude.

 

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Business travelling required within NSW region
