As Supply Chain Process Development Manager GEOX, you will be instrumental in supporting the Geographical Expansion (GEOX) and in defining and rolling out global processes to multiple new manufacturing sites for our Business Area Operating Room Solutions (ORS). You will drive the definition and effective implementation of demand & supply systems and processes for a large and complex product portfolio across all sites within the ORS business.

 

Location: Preferred location will be Thailand and India. Alternative locations can be close to our manufacturing sites in Belgium, Czech Republic or our Headquarters in Sweden.

 

What you’ll do

  • Identify, map and prioritize cross-functional GEOX process development needs across its supply chain
  • Lead strategic, cross-functional projects to improve value chain performance within GEOX end-to-end supply chain processes
  • Design and define process routines with a focus on driving automation and optimizing efficiency
  • Lead and manage project gate reviews and maintain project plans for strategic initiatives
  • Act as the subject matter expert for end-to-end supply chain processes

What you’ll need

  • Relevant Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent working experience.
  • Substantial experience in Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics with a focus on supply chain end-to-end processes and GEOX expansion
  • Experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP and Oracle, WMS, Power BI, Maestro and Windows office tools
  • Project Management experience and certification
  • Ability to work well in a cross cultural and cross functional environment and to motivate, inspire and empower others to perform
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient English language skills
