Within R&D, Wound Care, Material and Technology development team we are recruiting for a Laboratory Assistant.

Position: Laboratory Assistant
Location: Gothenburg
Job type/duration: Summer job for eight weeks. flexible between June to Aug 2025
Team: Material and Technology development team

This summer job offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the R&D field and make a meaningful contribution to the teams.

In the role as a Laboratory Assistant in a research team you will perform various tasks in the silicone laboratory, such as:

  • Support R&D laboratory at HQ with test data
  • Inventory and a short independent investigation that will be documented.

 

Knowledge and experience

  • Relevant education in product design and development, human factor engineering. Year 3-4 in Master of Science education i.e., Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Self-motivated, proactive in suggesting ideas and improvements
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate
  • Ambition and a can-do attitude
