We are now looking for a Standard Author. The role will support the creation of digital learning content in SAP Enable Now, translating business processes into a training material program within an SAP ERP migration project scope.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact in this role: 

 

  • Content creation – develop learning digital learning content by recording and documenting end to end SAP transactions using SAP Enable Now

 

  • Training material preparation – Create and maintain the learning material including simulation, demonstration and supporting reference documents to support end user learning and adoption.

 

  • Content accuracy – ensure training materials are accurate, engaging and aligned with approved business processes and project standard

 

  • Stakeholder engagement - collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand business process and translate them into learning content

 

What you’ll need:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources (L&D), Information Technology or related discipline
  • Fresh graduates or candidates up to 2 years of relevant working experience are encourage to apply
  • Exposure to training documentation, process improvement and project work
  • Exposure to SAP, learning management systems will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to translate complete business process into simple and effective learning materials
  • Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills
