As a Supply Chain Manager, SSEA, you will lead and develop SSEA Supply Chain team and support the regional strategy in line with SSEA Demand Driven Supply Chain Vision, whilst simultaneously supporting overall Mölnlycke SSEA commercial strategy in a cost-efficient manner.

What you’ll do
- Manage operations in Singapore and South & South East Asia to ensure a cost-efficient and timely supply solution for the region.
- Support high quality forecasting of demand in region together with distributors and sales and marketing group, within the MBM (sales and operations planning) process.
- Support all quality, financial and commercial projects from a supply chain lead perspective for SSEA, along with regional supply chain optimisation initiatives focused on SSEA markets and SEPO Regional DC.
- Secure timely replenishment of inventory at consignment inventory in Singapore and for various distributor owned goods in India, Malaysia and Thailand, based on demand forecasting.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of inventory in the consignment warehouses versus SAP in order to ensure correct volumes are accounted for.
- Continuously review and evaluate appointed logistics partners and procure alternative solutions in the market.
- Manage and pursue cost-effective warehouse and freight operations from the appointed logistics partners solely in SSEA and act as a support function across SSEA and SEPO Regional DC warehousing and transportation contract administration.
- Secure correct accounting of all inventory movements in SSEA markets, and support SEPO Logistics Operations Team in best practice adaptation
- Drive and implement local market KPI’s relevant to the complete supply chain spectrum in conjunction with manager with all direct reports in order to instill a culture of excellence.
- Direct the initiation of local market corrective measures to restore a satisfactory inventory balance.
- Meet the requirements of ISO by complying with all relevant quality policies and procedures to ensure the quality objectives of the business are met.
- Comply with all relevant company occupational health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and work practices with the intent of preventing or minimising accidental exposures to self, colleagues and/or the environment.
- Develop and update training materials/work instructions and train all relevant stakeholders in these processes including new employee orientation.

What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial position and 5 years of working experience in a supply chain position in an international organization.
- Understanding and ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
- Desired Regional Exposure in APAC or EMEA/US markets
- SAP SD / APO and MM experience is preferable
- Exposure to sales & operations planning
- Demand planning exposure
- MS Office (focus on intermediate to high level Excel)
- Knowledge on logistics operations (warehouse and freight)
