We are recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Developer and Sustainability Lead based in Singapore to join our Supply Chain Team. This role will support and drive Logistics and process improvements Regionally in APAC and act as a subject matter expert in warehousing and logistics flows to local country teams

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  • Drive improvement projects related to supply chain footprints and flows within the Region

 

  • Lead Continuous improvement for Supply Chain in APAC

 

  • Lead sustainability discussions and actions and act as a SME for Supply Chain in APAC

 

  • Support and continuously challenge status quo and work on optimizing the current setup.

 

  • Lead and develop new delivery solutions including warehouse and transport solutions to facilitate business growth.

 

  • Prioritize continuous improvements within the Region

 

  • Together with the Supply Chain Director set clear development actions and project timeplans and implementations.

 

  • Develop standardized work and follow up on implementations.

  • Evaluate, select and present new suppliers to support business growth – together with local SC and Commercial Logistics team.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills

 

  • A business degree (MBA, BBA) or technical degree (Engineering, MCA) or equivalent

 

  • Experienced user of other software packages including Windows, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint).

 

  • Experienced user of SAP and planning tool Rapid Response.

 

  • Good end to end understanding of supply chain setup including IT interface and requirements.

 

  • Strong analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills.

 

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business (internal and external).

 

  • Good facilitation skills are required.

 

  • Highly driven and determined to manage time effectively and meet required deadlines

 

  • High proficiency in English language

 

 

OTHER INFORMATION

  • The job requires about 15% occasional travel within the Region.
  • The job requires a close collaboration with both internal stake holders and external logistics suppliers.
