Contract Detail: Fixed-term 9 months contract


Purpose of the Role

Required to ensure smooth execution of sales activities to allow commercial team to be customer focus, and to maintain the speed to market in order to stay competitive in the intense competition. The job duties include but not limited to the following activities:

  • Upkeep sample room and sample flow process in accordance to RQA guidelines to fulfil GDPMDS audit compliance
  • Samples tracking for traceability procedures
  • SOP audit checks prior to submission to finance
  • Management of sample room; traceability of samples, temperature, cleaning and pest control of sample room.
  • Sales administration  : Quotation and order processing
  • Support GM in various administrative works

  • Surgical procedure trays management
  • Expense claims management for GM
  • Event and conference management for Wound Care and Surgical (Sales and Marketing) 
  • Travel management arrangement for GM and group bookings for SSEA regional kickoff meetings
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly sales reports
  • Generate necessary forms for all transactions-POs, DOs, Invoices, supporting documents
  • Submit and archive paperwork systematically
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve facilities and record and transcribe minutes of meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of supportive documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials
  • Prepare monthly and sales reports (VIVA System)
  • Day to day administrative support to the GM, Sales and Marketing Team
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Support GM in various administrative works
