As a Clinical Manager, you will maximise wound care sales growth and profitability through providing your clinical expertise and knowledge to support the commercial strategy and vision of Mölnlycke Health Care (MHC) and the Wound Care BA.
You facilitate the clinical strategy in focused accounts and supports the business by driving evidence development, identifying key opinion leaders, developing and engaging them, and providing professional education and clinical activation. You will also create, develop and maintain solid clinical relationships within key accounts to influence change and improve clinical outcomes whilst maintaining the commercial objectives and focus.

What you’ll do
- Actively provides or supports medical and clinical translational knowledge and clinical insights into market access, strategy, product development and ongoing commercial activities.
- Provides professional medical and clinical education and skills training to internal and external stakeholders. Includes live, virtual and written presentations/training.
- Supports local/regional clinical evidence tactics or strategy development by understanding gaps and requirements, identifying investigators, and implementing case studies and QIPs.
- Coordinates case study and QIP development and evidence dissemination with internal stakeholders and external investigators.
- Communicates, disseminates and trains, internally and externally, on key elements of all evidence generated on company products and solutions, as well as on key competitor products and clinical aspects of related therapy areas.
- Ensures internal processes and all activities supporting evidence dissemination activities are compliant.
- Identifies, develops and leverages KOLs that enable commercial success. Measures success and maintains ongoing relationships.
- Be the first point of contact for the SEA Clinical Engagement Manager and assume the role of the local Coordinator.
- Aligns and coordinates strategies and activities with key local stakeholders, including Business Directors, Marketing, Sales and Commercial Excellence and SEA Clinical Engagement Manager.
- Creates, owns and is accountable for dedicated clinical activation plans in key accounts.
- Adheres to relevant regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practice and Company Standard Operating Procedures related to Clinical Engagement activities.

What you’ll need
- Degree with at least five years of clinical, medical or marketing experience in wound care or surgical specialties.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the wound care industry.
- Client-oriented with a commercial mindset and able to provide solutions.
- Knowledge of the Singapore healthcare market and dynamics with knowledge of relevant latest published evidence and clinical guidelines.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with good organisational, research, and training skills.
- Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong industry and clinical network preferred.
