We are recruiting for an experienced CRM Specialist APAC based in Singapore/Thailand. This role is responsible for developing and executing CRM deployment and performance improvement projects which aligns with overall business goals. This role also focuses on configuring and administering the CRM system to ensure that it meets the specific needs of the business.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Lead CRM system deployment and improvement projects, including system upgrades, workflow automation, and integration with other business tools.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines for CRM initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business goals for successful project execution.
  • Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for growth.
  • Create insightful reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and KPIs.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for commercial teams.
  • Maintain the health and integrity of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, system security, and user access control.
  • Develop and implement best practices for data entry, hygiene, and management.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to CRM users across the organization.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues.

 

KEY DECISIONS:

  • CRM project planning, implementation and execution. 
  • Provide actionable insights and evaluate action plans in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams. 

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, data science, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in CRM. Medical solutions, pharmaceutical, healthcare IT or Biotechnology is a plus.
  • Proven experience in CRM with project management, analytics, operations, or a similar role.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from customer data and apply them to improve sales pipeline performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptionally organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
