To support our growth, we are looking for a Business Development Specialist who will manage our Wound Care profile in SingaporeMaximize wound care sales growth and profitability through achieving targets within the assigned territory. Manage the total MHC wound care assortment in the assigned territory in order to develop a long term sustainable profitable business. Develop and present commercial offers when securing new business or defending existing business. Provide clinical, technical support, education, and solutions to customers in order to reach the business objectives


This role will be responsible for...

  • Achieving agreed on sales targets by commercially managing existing customers and by the identification and development of new accounts so that we maintain and grow the business according to strategy.
  • Securing existing business and develop new opportunities by value-added selling of the Wound Care offering to commercial decision-makers.
  • Updating and maintaining the account plans according to the Singapore strategy. Ensure an efficient and effective way of working within the sales territory in order to maximize business opportunities.
  • Performing sales pricing in line with Singapore guidelines.
  • Monitoring and participate in tenders within territory.
  • Providing input and the preparation of the documents regarding the assortment and price proposal.
  • Proactively forecasting changes in product usage to ensure accurate order completeness.
  • Demonstrating effective use of all available sales tools and materials provided by MHC to ensure sales targets are achieved.  
  • Providing training through product presentation to end-users to ensure proper use of wound care products as well as clinical updates and basic wound care knowledge to customers through clinical evidence.
  • Educating key stakeholders within accounts of the Molnlycke Health Care product and value proposition.
  • Identifying and develop KOLs, in cooperation with the Sales Manager.
  • Providing updates with regards to market conditions, competitors, and management from time to time.


You are qualified if...

  • you have a Bachelor's degree in Science or in Business.
  • you have a minimum of 4 years of direct sales experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices or any health care products with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • you have experience in selling to customers in private/public hospitals and health care institutions.
  • A background in nursing or wound care management with commercial understanding is advantageous.
