We are recruiting  a APAC Business Analyst

●    Responsible for leveraging sales data to provide insights that manage sale pipeline and drive growth in the APAC region.
●    Improve sales performance and optimize sale process efforts within the region. 
●    Play a key role in translating complex data sets into actionable insights for our sales and leadership teams. 

 

What you'll do

●    Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
●    Design and build reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key sales metrics (e.g., sales pipeline, win rates, deal size).
●    Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
●    Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for growth.
●    Create insightful reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and KPIs.
●    Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for commercial teams.
●    Develop and implement best practices for data entry, hygiene, and management.
●    Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues.
●    Partner with sales leadership and sales reps to translate data insights into actionable sales strategies and tactics.
●    Provide ongoing support to business dashboard & CRM users across the organization.

What you'll decide

●    Defining project objectives, deliverables, and constraints.
●    Managing detailed project schedules and potential risks to ensure timely completion for quality project outcomes.

 

What you'll need

●    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
●    2-4 years of experience in sales analytics, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
●    Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, sales methodologies (B2B sales, medical sales) and the healthcare sales cycle.
●    Proven experience in utilizing SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
●    Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
●    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
●    Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

 

Additional Responsibilities

CRM Effectiveness (Back-Up Role)
●    Maintain the health and integrity of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, system security, and user access control.
●    Develop and implement best practices for data entry, hygiene, and management.
●    Provide ongoing support and training to CRM users across the organization.
●    Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues.
