We are recruiting for an experienced Product Specialist based in Gwangju and Jeonju, South Korea to join our Wound Care business. This role involves identifying and maximizing both new and existing sales opportunities in Wound Management to achieve agreed sales targets which enhances the business in accordance to APAC strategy. This role also involves planning and execution of sales/promotion activities, conduct training and education, implement territorial training plans, determine pricing proposal for quotes/negotiations and key account management.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Identify and maximize sales opportunities (both new and existing) in major clients and across all specialties.
  • Identify key stakeholders & decision makers to ensure successful implementation of focus products strategies.
  • Execute sales promotion and drive product usage of surgical & WC portfolio through evidence based selling approach.
  • Update and maintain account plans, ensuring an efficient and effective way of working within the sales territory in order to maximize business opportunities.
  • Provide clinical, technical support and education to customers and drive product adoption and correct usage of products.
  • Responsible to gather market related and competitor information and report back to relevant stakeholders.
  • Jointly develop KOLs with clinical/marketing team in assigned territory to support commercial and marketing objectives.
  • Proactively forecast changes in product usage to ensure accurate order completeness.
  • Monitor and participate in tenders within territory.
  • Execute marketing driven activities to drive adoption and conversion through sampling, hands-on training and educational program.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems and interests.
