As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for securing indication and product expertise for own and competitor products to drive tender excellence in Korea. Together with colleagues from the commercial team, you will lead the development and execution of the Korea marketing plan to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, and thereby contribute toward our business growth and performance.

What you’ll do
- Support the planning and implementation of wound care marketing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complete and execute product business plans effectively.
- Develop new channels to expand target accounts and broaden market reach.
- Drive marketing initiatives by collaborating with relevant teams.
- Provide the sales team with impactful sales aids and materials to enhance customer visits.
- Create and share professional educational tools to empower the sales team.
- Conduct product training sessions for the sales team to improve expertise.
- Organize and lead marketing events to foster strong relationships with customers.
- Submit timely reports and respond to requests for market information promptly.
- Continuously enhance professional marketing skills and product knowledge through company programs and self-directed initiatives.
- To actively develop and utilize speaker pool of KOLs – nurses, doctors, surgeons in relevant areas in cooperation with the sales team and Marketing Manager to optimize exposure of MHC in the marketplace.

What you’ll need
- A university degree in Life Sciences or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or product management role within the healthcare industry – pharmaceutical, medical device and experience in operating theatres.
- Strong ability to handle clinical and scientific discussions and negotiate effectively with healthcare professionals, and solid knowledge of skin care and wound care management.
- Excellent presentation skills, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Proficient in English with the ability to communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders
- Good attitude and aptitude to work in a team.
- Possess a high level of accountability and job ownership.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Weekly travel to province required Once a week in Province to conduct professional education to HCPs
