Product Manager Wound Care Switzerland

This is an exciting time to join our high-performing team in Switzerland. At Mölnlycke, we are market leader for advanced wound care in Switzerland, gaining further market share rapidly. Our Swiss Wound Care team is looking for a Product Manager Wound Care (m/f/d), a dynamic marketing professional to develop and implement sales and marketing concepts in line with the agreed sales strategy and to support the development and implementation of short and long-term business plans in order to achieve sales and profit budgets.


Your responsibilities:


  • Development and implementation of sales and marketing concepts.
  • Propose development of relevant product assortments to secure product profitability.
  • Supervise implementation and maintenance of the local pricing strategy within international guidelines to ensure profits are in line with or above expectations.
  • Monitor performance of products and initiate changes to the strategy to ensure targets are met.
  • In co-operation with Training Manager develop and secure competence within the sales team.
  • Coordinate new product launches in order to achieve agreed sales and profit objectives.
  • Observe short and long-term sales trends of designated products to provide a forecast.
  • Support communication for products to ensure customer satisfaction and sales force motivation.
  • Monitor sales of existing products and gain listings of new products with designated key wholesalers, distributors and initiate changes to strategy to ensure sales and profit targets.
  • Ensure product specification sheets are updated with the latest information


Your profile:


  • University Degree  
  • Relevant (at least 3 years) product management and/or marketing experience, preferably with a multinational company in the Wound Care market
  • Ideally, some previous sales experience
  • Good general market knowledge in Health Care
  • Open mindset, curious and innovative in the fast-changing health care environment
  • You prioritize and plan your work as you see fit, we trust you to do it in the most effective way.
  • Proficient use of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English and German, French would be a plus
