Commercial Excellence Specialist - Switzerland

Continuing to invest in our future, we are looking to hire a Commercial Excellence Specialist in Switzerland. 

 

Based in the Zurich area, you will be responsible for promoting Commercial Excellence in the Swiss sales force.  You will own the local commercial excellence programs with focus on Sales Force Excellence, CRM, Contract & Tender Excellence, Commercial Training & Customer Education. 

 

This means you will be regularly coaching and educating the sales team around those subjects. You will also run sales analysis, develop reports and analyse key metrics from the CRM system (Salesforce Veeva), looking for trends, anticipating pain points in the sales process and ensuring reliability of data. You will also be involved in the sales dashboard technology, ensuring the user functionality is optimised, and that the real time data flow is both useful and accurate. 

 

Your profile:

Degree educated, ideally in a discipline which requires statistical analysis and data mining skills.

Field Sales experience, ideally in the medical sector but not essential. 

Fluent German & English. French and/or Italian a bonus. 

Ability to communicate and coach in a credible way. 

Ability to communicate technical subjects to non technical people.

CRM experience, ideally Saleforce/Veeva.
