Mölnlycke is now looking for a Business Development Manager for Switzerland to join our Antiseptics team in Europe.
What You’ll Do:
- Implement the commercial strategy and ensure sustainable sales and profit growth in the region.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage the full antiseptics portfolio for long-term profitable business.
- Present compelling commercial offers to win or protect business.
- Achieve sales targets and actively manage customer accounts while prospecting new markets.
- Master product features, value propositions, and technical aspects to effectively communicate with customers.
- Identify key decision-makers and manage the tender process (if applicable).
- Adapt global campaigns to fit the Swiss market and maintain customer communication.
- Collaborate with other Business Areas to ensure Antiseptics success.
- Handle complaints and adverse events related to HiBi pharmaceutical products timely and professionally.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial environment, preferably within surgical or medical device industry.
- Higher education in life sciences, business management, or equivalent healthcare experience.
- Experience with procurement-level sales and account management.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage priorities independently.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and training skills.
- knowledge of the Swiss healthcare market is a plus.
- Fluency in French, German, and English is required.
- Marketing experience is desirable.
