Mölnlycke is now looking for an Account Manager Biogel® for Switzerland to join our Surgical Gloves team.

You will act as the main point of contact for assigned customers and drive sustainable, profitable growth.

The territory covers French-speaking Switzerland + Bern / Basel / Solothurn/ Aargau / Luzern / Obwalden / Nidwalden / Uri

 

What You’ll Do:

• Sell our premium range of Biogel® surgical gloves to hospitals, increasing sales and market share in your territory.

• Develop and implement a territory plan to achieve targets, with tailored actions for each customer.

• Promote the product portfolio in collaboration with marketing activities.

• Maintain and expand long-term customer relationships while acquiring new ones.

• Prepare detailed quotations and apply defined pricing models.

• Build and maintain a strong network with key opinion leaders in the region.

• Update customer information and activity planning daily in the CRM system.

• Monitor and report on market developments.

• Conduct product demonstrations in operating rooms and participate in trade fairs and congresses.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales within the surgical or medical device industry.

• Higher education in life sciences, business management, or equivalent healthcare background.

• Strong network within acute care hospitals (procurement, OR management, surgeons).

• Proven experience in procurement-level sales and account management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage priorities independently.

• Fluency in French and German; good knowledge of English is desirable.

• Solid knowledge of the Swiss healthcare market and hospital structures.
