Why Sales Representative Wound Care Home Care [Silesia] role matters
This role has opened due to an internal promotion of the current role holder, reflecting Mölnlycke’s strong commitment to employee development and career growth. At the same time, it plays a key role in supporting the ongoing expansion of the Wound Care business within the Home Care sector in the region, contributing to both securing new opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships through the effective presentation of solutions.
Here’s how your contributions will shape meaningful outcomes:
- developing and growing the Wound Care business while building long-term, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other members of the medical community;
- delivering high-quality education through participation in training sessions, conferences, and scientific symposia, as well as organizing and conducting professional product presentations;
- achieving sales targets in line with quarterly and annual plans, directly contributing to business growth;
- monitoring competitors’ activities and gathering market insights to strengthen Mölnlycke’s market position and support informed decision-making.

What you’ll bring
- minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position (e.g. Medical Sales Representative, Medical-Pharmacy Sales Representative, Medical Consultant, or related roles);
- knowledge of diabetology, surgery, chronic wound healing, and primary care specializations considered an asset;
- strong communication and presentation skills;
- winning attitude, goal orientation, team mindset, and a patient-first approach;
- native-level Polish and communicative English (B2).
