Make your next move matter!
At Mölnlycke, we believe that real impact starts with people. People who are bold enough to challenge the status quo. People who care deeply for their work, their colleagues, and the world around them. People who know exactly why they do what they do.
In ORS at Mölnlycke, we aim for frictionless flow in the operating room, with solutions designed for safety.
Why Sales Manager ORS & Gloves Czechia & Slovakia role matters
This role exists to turn ambition into impact in the Czech and Slovak markets. It anchors commercial growth by providing clear direction, momentum and accountability, ensuring that strategy is not only defined but truly lived by the organization. Through decisive leadership and close connection to the business, the role shapes how priorities are set, how opportunities are pursued and how the sales organization evolves – creating the conditions for sustained performance, strong market presence and long‑term success.

- Actively shaping and implementing a Go‑to‑Market model for the Czech and Slovak markets, combining direct sales, distributors and remote sales, while remaining hands‑on with execution across lead generation, bids, proposals and sales order management
- Leading from the front by working closely with people — attracting, coaching and inspiring sales talent across the Czech and Slovak markets, staying close to the teams, encouraging ownership, and creating space to test new ideas and improve sales effectiveness
- Boldly driving Value Selling initiatives, working side by side with healthcare institutions and commercial partners to build strong, insight‑driven and trust‑based relationships
- Being visible and present in the market by developing and nurturing a network of key opinion leaders and strategic contacts, strengthening awareness of Mölnlycke, its purpose and its solutions
- Owning and steering the sales strategy end‑to‑end, including forecasting, setting ambitious yet realistic sales goals and budgets, and developing effective partner and alliance relationships
What you’ll get
- Be part of a culture built on trust, care, and shared ownership.
- Your growth and development: You’ll gain experience that matters, in a company that’s clear on its mission and bold in its ambitions.
- Flexibility, wellbeing and benefits that reflect our commitment to you:
- field-based work; occasional visits to the office in Prague
- type of contract: full-time
- benefits: company car for private usage, pension contribution, sport card contribution, and some more
What you’ll bring
- Strong, proven sales experience within the medical devices industry in the Czech and/or Slovak markets, with a solid understanding of the local healthcare environment; experience in surgical solutions is highly preferred.
- Authentic leadership experience, with a hands‑on approach to leading, managing and developing sales teams while staying close to people and the business.
- An entrepreneurial, proactive and action‑oriented mindset, with the confidence to step in, challenge the status quo and actively shape the commercial agenda.
- The ability to set direction and turn it into action, combining strategic thinking with effective planning, organisation, delegation, problem‑solving and decision‑making.
- Strong communication skills enabling effective engagement with an established professional network of healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders and relevant decision‑makers, supporting relationship building, influence and collaboration with teams and business partners.
- Full professional proficiency in Czech or Slovak and English, allowing you to operate effectively in a local and international business context.
