Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Junior) - Americas

Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, People Partners, and Hiring Managers across the Americas region (North and South America), you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and high‑quality recruitment and hiring experience. 

 

Here’s how you’ll make an impact in this role: 

  • Coordinating interviews across multiple time zones in the Americas. 

  • Preparing, sending, and tracking offer letters for internal and external candidates. 

  • Initiating and monitoring background checks, providing updates to People Partners, and corresponding with candidates when information is missing. 

  • Submitting and managing onboarding tasks and system tickets. 

  • Managing relocation authorizations, candidate travel reimbursements, and referral payouts. 

  • Maintaining accurate documentation, templates, and job descriptions. 

  • Supporting Recruiters with 90‑day hire follow‑ups and general documentation needs. 

  • Progressively owning end‑to‑end recruitment (from posting to interviews and offer) for selected positions across the Americas.

What you bring 

Must-haves 

  • 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Coordination, Recruitment Operations, or similar roles 

  • Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (spoken and written) 

  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) 

  • Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities 

  • Proactive mindset, fast learner, and highly detail‑oriented 

  • Structured, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment 

Nice-to-haves 

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors 

  • Experience working with ServiceNow 

  • Familiarity with U.S. hiring processes or compliance 

  • Experience supporting multiple countries or regions
