As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will take the lead on creating and delivering a Woundcare curriculum both externally for key customers/partners and internally for Molnlycke employees

 

You’ll help guide and shape our business in the following ways:

 

  • Delivering clinically focused trainings and assisting with the facilitation of external customer programmes
  • Assisting with the creation of relevant Woundcare product content and related course materials
  • Educating customers on Molnlycke practices and products relevant to the disease state
  • Continuous development, improvement and implementation of employee trainings
  • Assessing the success and qualitive outcomes of all Woundcare training plans
  • Co-creation, in partnerships with marketing, of sales team customer presentations

What you’ll need

 

  • Degree educated in relevant area such as Nursing or related healthcare
  • Clear expertise within the area of Woundcare products and treatments
  • Clinical experience gained through hands on post qualification working
  • Previous exposure to training and education of healthcare peers or customers
  • Wound Management qualification would be highly desirable
