Mölnlycke is now looking for Receptionist / Office Assistant.
Why this role matters
You will ensure smooth and professional office operations by managing reception duties, supporting administrative tasks, coordinating travel and logistics, and acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external service providers.
Here’s how your contributions will shape meaningful outcomes:
- Independently manage reception and office logistics.
- Coordinate and prioritize administrative support based on business needs.
- Initiate contact with vendors and service providers to resolve issues.
- Escalate technical or operational problems to relevant departments (IT, Administration).

What you’ll get
- 2+ years in international reception/office management.
- full professional proficiency in Polish and fluent English (spoken and written)
- strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) required; SAP, Concur knowledge is a plus
- excellent communication and organizational skills
