Mölnlycke is now looking for a QA & EHSS Coordinator to Horsens Factory in Denmark.

 

As QA & EHSS Coordinator, you will divide your time between QA and EHSS activities and play a key role in ensuring that our Horsens factory operates safely, compliantly, and with consistently high product quality. You will own and maintain the site’s Quality and EHSS management systems, act as the local expert and coordinator, and work closely with both local and global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in a hands‑on manufacturing environment.

 

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Maintain and continuously improve the site’s Quality and EHSS management systems, aligned with global standards.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, including preparation for audits and followup actions.
  • Act as the local point of contact for Quality and EHSS matters, supporting management, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Drive Quality activities such as:
  • Product release and quality control oversight
  • Handling customer complaints, nonconformities, and CAPAs
  • Data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate and support EHSS activities, including risk assessments, inspections, and legal compliance.
  • Maintain documentation, procedures, and records in the QMS.
  • Promote strong Quality and EHSS awareness across the site through training, guidance, and daily interaction.
  • Work closely with production, laboratory, and management teams in a handson, visible role.

 

What you’ll need:

  • Experience working with Quality and/or EHSS in a manufacturing or process‑driven environment.
  • Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001.
  • Relevant technical, engineering, or scientific educational background.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trust with operators, colleagues, and managers.
  • Fluency in Danish., business level English.

  • Strong relationship builder across all levels of the organization.

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with a digital QMS (e.g. Sherlock or similar).
  • Auditor or lead auditor certification.
  • Experience in occupational health and safety.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement principles.

Horsens site, also known M&J Airlaid Products A/S, is 100% owned by Swedish Mölnlycke AB. We produce and develop absorbent Airlaid material, which is included in products used for advanced wound care products. Our high tech material is sold worldwide to companies within the medical industry. We employ around 20 individuals locally and together we are on a mission to free the patients for the burden of wounds.
