We are recruiting for a Product Manager Wound Care - Switzerland (m/f/d). You will play a pivotal role in executing our marketing strategy for our cutting-edge wound care products in Switzerland. You will be responsible for a profitable development of the local business through product portfolio and brand equity management.
Location: Schlieren (hybrid role) / Office based but occasionally domestic and international travels are expected.
Regional scope: Switzerland
What you’ll do:
- Adapt the international and DACH wound care marketing strategies to local needs.
- Develop local action plans to improve brand equity.
- Ensure local pricing in line with global and local regulations, to ensure overall profit targets are met.
- Participate and take responsibility for product forecasting.
- Responsible for achieving volume and contribution targets via supporting sales manager and account managers.
- Set priorities and plan the Advertising & Promotion budget.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external clinical, scientific and educational activities. You will act as local trainer.
- Responsible for internal and external customer events, like conferences and workshops.
- Build and manage the product related database.

What you’ll need:
- A university degree, preferably in Economics, Marketing or Medical.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and/or product management within the Medical Device Business and in a multicultural environment.
- Market and product knowledge in Switzerland.
- Strong business acumen and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
- Collaborative working style and an analytic, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Proficient knowledge of German and English required, French would be a plus.
