We are looking for a hands‑on, self‑motivated Process Engineer to support our manufacturing operations during a period of exciting expansion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the production floor, enjoys solving complex problems, and is energized by continuous improvement.

You will lead and execute CI initiatives to optimize safety, quality, efficiency, waste reduction, and cost performance across the plant. This is a highly visible, empowering role with broad project exposure and strong mentorship from cross‑functional leaders.

  • Flexible and multifaceted — willing to jump into different initiatives as the plant grows and evolves.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Continuous Improvement & Daily Operations

  • Develop and implement process improvement programs for assigned equipment and production areas.
  • Participate in daily operations meetings; provide problem‑solving leadership and drive actions forward.
  • Analyze machine performance, waste trends, and process disruptions; identify root causes and corrective actions.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, R&D, and Material Suppliers to resolve issues and optimize processes.
  • Serve as a technical resource on equipment modifications, rebuilds, product enhancements, and capital projects

Training & Documentation

  • Write/revise work instructions and process documentation.
  • Train operators, line leads, mechanics, and other team members on new processes and best practices.

Process Control & Best Practices

  • Assist in developing site‑wide process control strategies to ensure compliance, efficiency, and waste reduction.
  • Introduce new technologies and industry best practices into daily operations.
  • Support development of preventive maintenance programs and machine trials

What You Bring:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence across functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems in production environments

Preferred

  • 3–7 years of engineering or continuous improvement experience (Operations, CI, Process, Quality, Validation).
  • Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, 5 Whys, or similar methodologies.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing excellence, quality engineering, or process validation.

Other

  • Ability to wear a respirator.
