As a People Services Manager DACH & CEE there is great opportunity and variety in activity day to day:

  • overseeing critical HR operations in DACH & CEE, aligning with the Global People Services agenda
  • delivering standardised onboarding processes, ensuring compliance, and managing payroll
  • managing organizational changes in the system, maintaining master data accuracy, and facilitating self-service knowledge through MSP articles
  • overseeing compensation, benefits, global mobility support, system integration, GDPR compliance, and leading local People Services agendas
  • ensuring compliance of Payroll & benefits are in alignment with local employment regulations, tax laws, collective bargaining agreements and other laws and authority requirements

 

What you’ll need

  • Successful track record of 5+ years in international HR leadership (Generalist / Payroll / Services) roles within one or several multinational companies with best in class practices.
  • High integrity, authentic leadership, collaborative with a strong team spirit.
  • Strong process-orientation and process improvement mindset; results-driven and action-orientation.
  • Proficient in planning, organization, delegation, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Understanding of local labour legislation, regulations, and employee relations practices to the management of the formal, legal employment relationship between the organisation and its employees.
  • Expertise in SuccessFactors.           
  • Fluent English is mandatory. German will be a strong advantage.
