Why Junior Product Manager Wound Care Czechia & Slovakia role matters

This role supports the profitable growth of the local business by helping coordinate the product portfolio, strengthen brand presence, and execute marketing initiatives tailored to the local market. Through close collaboration with commercial and marketing stakeholders, it helps translate market insights into actionable activities, supports customer engagement, and contributes to achieving business and growth objectives.

 

Here’s how your contributions will shape meaningful outcomes:

  • assisting in preparing and localizing marketing materials and product communication for the Czech and Slovak market;
  • contributing to the execution of local action plans aimed at improving brand equity and product awareness;
  • providing support in monitoring product performance, collecting market insights, and identifying customer and market needs;
  • assists in product forecasting activities and in the MBM process by gathering data and ensuring accuracy and providing information, materials, and analyses helping to achieve volume and contribution targets;
  • coordinating logistics for internal and external clinical, scientific, and educational activities;
  • maintaining and updates productrelated databases and documentation.

What you’ll bring

  • A proven track record in Medical Devices Business marketing with a minimum of 2 years of experience including project coordination, event organization, and collaboration with sales teams, preferably within a large, international organization operating under high professional standards;
  • experience in the and in Wound Care and in multicultural environments is highly preferred;
  • business acumen and ability to work cross-functionally, demonstrating understanding of commercial processes and experience in working with diverse teams;
  • strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in creating timelines, setting priorities, and ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks;
  • operational decision-making capabilities, especially in event logistics, cost control, and assessing the potential of local speakers and KOLs;
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to ensure effective information flow across internal teams and external partners;
  • Full professional proficiency in Czech and/or Slovak and fluency in English.
