Are you ready to challenge yourself in a new environment and have a real impact? Mölnlycke is now looking for Clinical Specialist.

 

Customers are at the heart of what we do at Mölnlycke, and it will be your responsibility to:

  • providing professional medical and clinical education, and skills training to internal and external stakeholders. Includes live, virtual and written presentations/training;
  • aligning with commercial stakeholders and MPA management on the creation and development of evidence, along with the creation of appropriate dissemination plans;
  • strategically identifying, developing and leveraging KOLs that enables commercial success;
  • acting as a strategic partner to drive transformational innovation and business evolution; by communicating clinical insight, enabling  greater visibility on customer solutions, and aiding technology assessment;
  • understanding the commercial and educational drivers required for success in the market and active creating and demonstrating value for clinicians, healthcare organizations and internal organization;
  • utilizing business acumen to analyze situations, anticipate developments, and take appropriate actions, monitor progress and adjust when necessary.

 

What you’ll need

  • University degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy or other medical/science related disciplines.
  • 3+ years of experience as OR nurse / OTA.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the wound care industry, highly preferred.
  • Strong industry and clinical network.
  • Sales experience or commercial understanding.
  • Highly developed communication and presentations skills.
  • Depth knowledge of country healthcare landscape including reimbursement systems will be an advantage
  • Experience in real world evidence generation (Case studies, surveys, QIP programs).
  • Experience in medical writing would be greatly beneficial.
  • Fluent English and Czech is mandatory.
