Why Business Manager Wound Care Distributors Market CEE role matters
It is a strategic growth engine: the Business Manager identifies new opportunities, builds strong commercial partnerships, and ensures that patients across CEE gain access to advanced wound care solutions. Through smart market development, pricing, and distributor leadership, this role shapes Mölnlycke’s success across fast‑growing and high‑potential markets.
Here’s how your contributions will shape meaningful outcomes:
- Driving revenue growth and deliver the financial targets for the Wound Care business across CEE distributor markets, focusing on South East Europe.
- Building, managing and developing distributor partnerships – entering new markets, strengthening existing ones, and optimizing performance through adding, switching or removing partners when required.
- Leading commercial execution through clear objectives, account plans, segmentation and targeting strategies, ensuring full alignment with Mölnlycke’s therapy approach.
- Equipping distributor sales teams with the training, tools and support needed to represent Mölnlycke effectively, working closely with CEE, EMEA and Global Marketing.
- Overseeing pricing, tender participation and market intelligence, including monthly reporting, IMS data, competitive insights and demand forecasts to support accurate supply and business planning.

- a role based in the country of the selected candidate, offering a hybrid work model and the opportunity for extensive international exposure through regular travel (up to 70%, including occasional overnight stays).

What you’ll bring
- 6–10 years of commercial experience in medical devices, focusing on managing distributor networks in CEE markets (experience across broader Eastern Europe is a plus).
- Experience in Wound Care or other clinically driven therapy areas highly preferred
- Strong compliance, integrity, and ethical decision‑making, especially when operating through indirect channels and tender processes.
- Hands‑on commercial expertise supported by strong data‑driven decision making, excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills, and a resilient, results‑focused approach.
- Full‑professional proficiency in English.
