Business Manager ORS & Gloves Czech Republic & Slovakia (Cz/Sk)

This position is part of the Mölnlycke CEE Team for OR Solution and Gloves. Every day, we work at shaping the environment for healthcare for each of the countries in each market we operate, making healthcare better and more efficient for customers and patients.


This is an exciting time to join our high-performing Mölnlycke team in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. As part of our core businesses, our premium single-use Operation Room products, laparoscopy instruments, customized OR sets (trays) as well as our portfolio of premium surgical gloves offer our customers a system solution that combines OR-specific products, high security, and delivery and logistics advantages.

For this growth market we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Manager (m/f/d) for Slovakia and the Czech Republic who will be responsible for leading and developing commercial sales efforts for the regional organizations.

Region: Slovakia  & Czech Republic


Your responsibilities:


  • Accountable for establishing and delivering Cz/Sk business plans and P&L in line with regional and corporate strategy, including setting goals, objectives, and metrics for commercial objectives.
  • Secure that financial, through the FAD and sales forecasting (MBM),  is professionally managed and Key Economic Drivers
  • Accountable for managing Cz/Sk pricing in line with CEE and global guidelines including determining pricing
  • Accountable for developing and managing sales strategy including forecasting, developing partner/alliance relationships, and setting overall sales budgets and goals.
  • Accountable for ensuring effective and efficient sales management across the region, including Sales lead generation, Bid and Proposal Management, Sales order management, sales force management.
  • Accountable for Public relations towards external stakeholders and overall government and industry interfaces in Cz/Sk.
  • Accountable for execution of the people related policies & processes in Cz/Sk region including acquisition; termination; talent development; reward, competence & leadership development.
  • Accountable for defining the demands and managing market access in Cz/Sk.


Your profile:


  • Entrepreneurial spirit: results and solution oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong business acumen, performance driven and customer focused
  • Substantial sales experience and understanding of the local medical devices industry
  • Local market experience in surgical solutions, reliable network to different stakeholders
  • Gained experience in a number of different positions, including cross-functional projects
  • Strategic and analytical mind-set as well as a holistic view
  • Authentic leadership ability, experience in leading and managing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English, Czech and Slovak
  • Flexibility to travel
