Territory Sales Manager - Steel City

Molnlycke is seeking a driven and experienced Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join our Antiseptics team and accelerate growth across the Pittsburgh region. In this high-impact role, you’ll build and strengthen relationships with healthcare customers, lead strategic account development, and consistently deliver on revenue goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with acute care facilities, outpatient centers, and other healthcare accounts in assigned territory.
  • Achieve sales targets through consultative selling, product education, and strategic planning.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts for Hibiclens® antiseptic solutions.
  • Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to maximize territory performance.
  • Manage administrative tasks including reporting, expense tracking, and CRM updates.
  • Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and occasional field ride-alongs.

 

Additional Details

  • Candidates should be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Territory covers Buffalo, Rochester, western & central PA, and WV.
  • Overnight travel required; flexibility for occasional short-notice trips.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience; medical device, infection prevention, or healthcare sales strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage a territory and travel extensively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable with overnight travel and managing a regional territory.
